Standard UK delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.99 (Free on all orders over £50)

DHL Domestic Express UK (1-2 working days, order by 1pm GMT for same day dispatch) - £5

Special Delivery UK (guaranteed next working day after dispatch) - £9

DPD next day, Order before 1pm.  - £8.5 to £30 depending on weight.

We ship to the vast majority of the world through Royal Mail and DHL shipping services but see below for countries we do not currently ship to:

Russia, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, South Sudan

When you choose Express Delivery at checkout, your order will be sent with the On Demand Delivery (ODD) Service from DHL. 

Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification from DHL EXPRESS. So make sure to give us your phone number and email address at checkout if you want to get the most accurate tracking information.

DHL ODD notifies you by email and/or SMS about your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery date/time. When this date does not fit your schedule, you can customize your delivery via DHL ODD and decide how, where and when the delivery takes place at the time and location that suits you best.

DHL On Demand Delivery offers flexible delivery options:

• Deliver my package to another address: alternate delivery to work or family
• Deliver my package at a safe place: authorize shipment release to appointed safe place
• Deliver my package with neighbour: Leave the package at your neighbour, reception or guard specified
• Deliver my package at a DHL ServicePoint: hold for pick‐up collection
• Request to store my package: vacation hold safekeeping your parcel up to 30 days
• Deliver my package on another day: scheduled delivery

Please note that if you refuse to accept your order at time of delivery due to import duties and tax / VAT fees, your order will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for all customs fees and import duties.

Any EU orders that are under €150 excluding shipping the pricing at checkout will include VAT and Customs, Orders over €150 excluding shipping extra fees for VAT and Customs are payable to your local authority prior to delivery

If you order has still not arrived, then please check for a missed delivery slip from the courier, if you do not have a missed delivery check with neighbours or any safe spaces you have where the order could have been left. Also check the tracking number provided in your order confirmation and track that number with the relevant courier service to see if there was an update to the delivery.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday (working days), excluding UK Bank Holidays.

For next-day deliveries, this is Monday to Thursday with a 1 p.m. off to guarantee delivery on Friday; if you have selected guaranteed Saturday delivery, the cut-off is 1 p.m. Friday.
